Jaron is a Research and Sourcing Analyst for the Exeter Group, who works to discover talent to help companies cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. As a Syracuse, New York native and graduate of Syracuse University, Jaron has worked in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta bringing him unique set of experiences that has resulted in the development of a balanced, and honest worldview. When they’re not seeking out talent for organizations, Jaron can be found either in a music studio or on your local basketball court.
