Kaeleigh Borcia
Kaeleigh Borcia, MA, is an Organizational Development Project Analyst who uses data-derived solutions to help improve the lives of other individuals. Kaeleigh is responsible for synthesizing and analyzing data, directing client workstreams, and creating project deliverables in a timely manner. Kaeleigh has a background in both organizational consulting and learning and development, providing a unique perspective and understanding of how individuals and resources across different organizations and industries operate.
Kaeleigh has two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies, and earned her Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Psychology. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, she is passionate about partnering with others to identify and eliminate the root causes of health inequities. In her spare time, she enjoys being active with her dog, traveling, and live music.
