Lisa Burton

Lisa Burton is a change leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams in large global corporations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Passionate about building the capabilities of individuals and teams.  

 As Director of Organizational Development Consulting Practice at The Exeter Group, I help teams to break down silos and successfully deliver solutions. A collaborative partner who brings ideas and visions to reality with an inclusive, empathetic, and innovative approach. Committed to applying project and change management to solve issues of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. 

Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Government from Claremont McKenna College and a dual MBA and MA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Certifications in PMP, Prosci Change Management, Kellogg Strategic Change Management, and Certified Scrum Master. I serve on the board of Reba Early Learning Center.
